Background

The Company has advanced its recruitment activities in collaboration with numerous agencies, growing to a team of 244 employees within three years of its founding. To directly express gratitude and deepen relationships as future co-creators, the Company will hold the inaugural 'Pteron Agent Award 2026'.

This award honors agencies for their ongoing support. Each award category reflects the Company’s MVV (Mission, Vision, Values) and culture, expressing appreciation in a uniquely Pteron way.
