By utilizing the spot AI "ToyTalk" provided by BridgeWell, demonstration experiments and utilization will be advanced in areas such as public facilities, childcare services, and event information.

This initiative was proposed and adopted through the Toride City Public Facility Management Private Proposal System for Reiwa 7 (2025), marking the first business implementation under this system for Toride City.

Background of the Agreement Signing

In local government operations, staff often repeatedly explain information to citizens regarding facility guidance, event information, childcare services, and various procedures. Particularly in tasks involving limited-time events or changes in regulations, challenges arise in updating information, providing multilingual support, and responding to inquiries outside of regular business hours, including holidays and nights.

ToyTalk is a spot AI that can easily create AI characters specialized for specific locations, periods, and purposes by simply inputting materials such as PDFs, Word documents, brochures, and text memos. No dedicated app or terminal is required; users can access it via smartphone using a QR code or URL to ask questions on the spot about what they want to know.

Toride City will introduce ToyTalk as a mechanism for AI utilization that staff can create and operate themselves, aiming to improve citizen services and reduce the burden on staff.

ToyTalk is planned to be used as an event guide at the "Toride Tone River Grand Fireworks Festival" scheduled to be held on August 8, Reiwa 8 (2026). By having AI handle information such as event details, access, venue guidance, and frequently asked questions, it will assist in guiding attendees and support inquiry response on the day of the event.

Expansion to Public Facility and Counter Guidance
