Brightpath Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kobe City, Representative Director: Masatomo Arai) has acquired the former head office building of a major shoe trading company, located a 5-minute walk from JR Shin-Nagata Station, and converted it into a medical building, opening it as the "BP Shin-Nagata Medical Building" on May 1, 2026.

This facility boasts high transportation convenience, being within a straight 5-minute walk along the railway from JR Shin-Nagata Station, and is situated along the street of the "Kobe City Medical Center (New Nishi-Shimin Hospital)" scheduled to open in 2031. It is being developed as a medical hub to meet the increasing demand for local medical care in the future.

By converting this building, which has previously been utilized as a regional business hub, to medical use, we simultaneously achieve the regeneration of urban assets by leveraging the value of existing buildings and the enhancement of local medical infrastructure.

The facility is scheduled to house multiple medical institutions, including "Tei Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinic," which specializes in gastroenterology, hepatology, colonoscopy, and gastroscopy. This aims to create a medical environment where local residents can easily visit for their daily medical needs. Additionally, on the first floor, Nagata Pharmacy Shin-Nagata Store, operated by Arca Co., Ltd. and Nagata Yakuhin Group, a community-based dispensing pharmacy group primarily in Hyogo and Osaka, will open. It will collaborate with medical institutions to improve convenience for outpatients and serve as a support function for local medical care and a family pharmacy.

Through this project, Brightpath Co., Ltd. will continue to promote the development of medical infrastructure that supports the health of local residents and the effective utilization of urban assets, leveraging the regional characteristics of a station-front location and a future medical hub formation area, thereby contributing to enriching lives.
