He has experience in operational design and improvement across numerous logistics sites, including warehouse integration projects and warehouse operations management, developing strong problem-solving capabilities from an on-site perspective. He later led the launch of human resources and general affairs functions in a warehouse outsourcing business, driving system design and operational development from scratch. He also has practical experience in organizational operations and management. In recent years, he has spent about five years in the logistics automation solutions field, working in sales proposals, customer success, and business development. Through automation solutions from companies such as Geek+, Rapyuta Robotics, SoftBank Robotics, and Quicktron Japan, he has provided site improvement and automation proposals to many logistics companies.
