Official Report Arrives for TV Anime "BLACK TORCH" × AnimeJapan 2026 Special Stage (3/28) & Extra Stages (3/28, 3/29)! Vol. 1

The TV anime "BLACK TORCH" will begin broadcasting on Saturday, July 6, 2026. An official report has arrived for the three stage events held for the series at AnimeJapan 2026, which took place over two days on Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, at Tokyo Big Sight! We will bring you the details of the "Special Stage" held on the official WHITE stage on Saturday, March 28, and the "Extra Stage" held at the ShoPro booth. We will also cover the "Extra Stage" held at the same ShoPro booth on the following day, Sunday, March 29. Bushiroad Move Inc. Saturday, March 28: AnimeJapan 2026 "BLACK TORCH" Special Stage The Six Main Cast Members Assemble on the WHITE Stage! On March 28, a special talk stage for "BLACK TORCH" was held on the "WHITE Stage." Taking the stage were Ryota Suzuki (as Jiro Azuma), Yoji Ueda (as Ragou), Sayaka Senbongi (as Ichika Kishimojin), Junya Enoki (as Reiji Kirihara), Junichi Suwabe (as Ryosuke Shiba), and Reina Ueda (as Hana Usami). The six main cast members assembled to talk about the charm of the work and their characters.

Mr. Suwabe: "I want an allowance for saying difficult things." After a screening of the teaser PV released last year in 2025, the cast members were called to the stage by MC Yoji Ueda, and they were met with a huge round of applause from the audience. The excitement in the venue instantly rose as the members who play the Anti-Mononoke Special Mobile Stealth Unit > in the series gathered on stage.

Next, a character relationship chart was displayed on the screen, and the talk unfolded based on it.

Yoji Ueda said, "Ragou and Jiro have a relationship where they can't be apart even if they want to," and Mr. Suzuki also commented, "I want to fight alongside him until the very end." Since the two have co-starred in the past, Yoji Ueda expressed his confidence, saying, "I think we were able to create a good sense of buddy chemistry."
