Human Body's "Physical Dock®" Updates with AI Motion Analysis

Ginza's personal conditioning studio, Physical Lab Ginza, has updated its "Physical Dock®" service, the "body version" of a human medical check-up, by introducing an AI motion analysis system also used in medical and sports fields. This enhancement allows for quick visualization of "movement habits" hidden in daily activities. Trainers with sports medical science knowledge will continue to evaluate images, analyze, and propose exercises, strengthening the system to leverage AI-visualized information from an expert perspective. A Mother's Day/Father's Day campaign is also currently underway.

"Recently, my body feels heavy," "It might be bad if I don't exercise like this." For those in their 30s to 60s who feel such anxiety and "first want to know their own condition," "Physical Dock®," the "body version" of a human medical check-up, provided by Ginza's personal conditioning studio "Physical Lab Ginza" (operated by Physical Lab Inc., CEO: Satoshi Kaneko) has been chosen.
This time, by introducing an AI motion analysis system also used in medical institutions and sports fields, it has become possible to quickly visualize "movement habits" hidden in daily movements. Evaluation and analysis of images, and exercise proposals will continue to be handled by trainers with sports medical science knowledge, strengthening the system to leverage AI-visualized information from an expert's perspective.

## Main Contents of Physical Dock®

Body check-up to know "the current you" before suddenly going to the gym.

Physical Dock®, born in 2016, is a one-time, comprehensive body inspection service for those who feel "recently tired easily" or "feel like their physical strength has declined." Users range widely from their 30s to 60s, with various purposes: those who realize their lack of exercise and take it as a "first step," those recommended by family or partners, and health-conscious individuals who want to "build muscle for the future" rather than just shape up.
At a studio just a minute's walk from Ginza Station, trainers with sports medical science knowledge and practical experience in athlete coaching check posture, flexibility, muscle strength, etc., based on lifestyle habits and exercise experience/habits. The biggest feature is not just conveying the results, but also providing "concrete measures" such as creating personalized exercise menus that can be continued at one's own pace, considering "what kind of exercise can be continued without difficulty."

## AI high-precision capture and visualization of daily movements makes it easier to share issues.

In this update, we introduced an AI motion analysis system used in medical institutions and sports fields.
By simply filming basic movements for daily activities such as squatting, lifting, twisting, and walking, it instantly visualizes posture, weight distribution, and left-right differences with a level of precision that previously required specialized equipment.
During sessions, while displaying the measurement results on screen, trainers analyze and explain issues such as "what kind of habit (error) appears in which movement" and "where stress tends to be placed as a result," along with visual observation.
By comparing one's own perception with the images, insights like "I thought I was straight" or "I was always overdoing it here" can be gained, making it easier to form an image for improving subsequent exercises and body usage.

## AI is the measurement specialist. Humans determine the "future" of the body.

At Physical Lab Ginza, the role of AI is limited to being a "measurement specialist."
This is because we believe that while AI captures movements and accurately displays them as images, determining the cause of problematic movements, where to start improvements in a realistic way for that person, and what can be continued without leading to injury or burden, is solely the domain of human trainers.

## Follow-up that's easy to continue at home even after the dock.

As follow-up to make it easier to review and practice at home, measurement results, organized issues, and exercise menus that can be done daily are compiled into sheets and videos and delivered at a later date.

## Mother's Day and Father's Day Campaign also underway!
