FANCL Corporation will reopen its 'FANCL Hankyu Umeda Main Store' on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. The store has been revamped as FANCL's first 'fully face-to-face customer service' type store. Without displaying products on the floor, the store introduces a style where staff listen carefully to each customer's concerns and requests after receiving a numbered ticket, handling everything from product suggestions to checkout. The store design adopts the new corporate logo and a white and blue theme, providing a comfortable and honest space. A campaign offering 500 points for purchases over 5,000 yen will be held until June 9.
