2026 is a very important year for FANCL. It marks the first year of our long-term management vision, "FANCL Vision 2035 (FV2035)," which we announced recently. FV2035 is a long-term vision that outlines what we aim to be in 10 years. You, who have joined us in this milestone year, are important colleagues who will carve out a new history with FANCL, and you are the protagonists who will create our future.
Since our founding, we at FANCL have walked our path based on the philosophy of "resolving the 'fuh' (negatives) of the world with a sense of justice." This philosophy was born from our founder Kenji Ikemori's desire to "eliminate the 'fuh' of the world, such as anxiety, inconvenience, and dissatisfaction." With this desire as our starting point, FANCL has created new markets and values that did not previously exist in the world.
In FV2035, we aim to become the most trusted brand that resolves the "fuh" of beauty and health, and to become the fastest-growing brand marketing company. One such initiative is the "FANCL SKIN PATCH." This is an effort to help customers understand the true condition of their skin and choose care that is better suited to them, and it is also a measure to ensure that customers feel FANCL is the most trusted brand. Furthermore, a "brand marketing company" means a company where every employee is a creator of brand experiences.
