This new function combines proprietary analysis technology with electronic scales.

This function is designed to prevent "quantity errors," the most frequent cause of dispensing errors in pharmacies, by achieving highly accurate audits based on "weight" through linkage with electronic scales. This will minimize the risk of human error in dispensing operations and further strongly support the creation of an environment where pharmacists can concentrate on interpersonal services.

Background and Objectives of Development

Currently, the pharmacy industry is accelerating efforts to shift pharmacists' work from "object-oriented" to "person-oriented," demanding both greater accuracy and efficiency than ever before at dispensing sites. Amidst this, we have received numerous requests from users to "leave more reliable evidence not only for items but also for quantities in the audit process." The quantity confirmation of tablets in dispensing operations still places a significant burden on visual inspection and is prone to human error.
