B&PLUS is adding a 300W model as a new lineup to its highly acclaimed RCS series of wireless chargers for lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries, which boasts a sales track record of over 10,000 units.

■ Product Overview

Previous models in this series were mainly installed on AGVs and AMRs, with independent components for the "power receiving head" on the vehicle side, which receives power wirelessly, and the "charging unit," which controls battery charging. However, this new product successfully achieves an "integrated, thin profile." Despite being a 300W model—the smallest in the 100 to 1kW range—it enables compact and simple installation.

The allowable wireless power transfer range has also been improved. While previous models in the series required choosing between a distance of 0-20mm or 20-40mm depending on the head used, this new product "achieves a distance of 0-30mm and a lateral misalignment of ±30mm with a single model." This relaxes the positional accuracy required when a vehicle stops at a charging station, ensuring stable charging even with a rougher stop.

(Distance: The distance between the transmitting surface and receiving surface of the head. Misalignment: The lateral deviation of the receiving surface relative to the transmitting surface.)

Thanks to these two features, this model contributes to improved design flexibility and operational efficiency, particularly in the field of small AMRs.
