Hyssop's courtyard terrace, enveloped in pleasant breezes and lush greenery. This year, with the theme "A Slightly Luxurious Beer Terrace to Enjoy in the City," we offer beer and carefully selected meals. Following appetizers and grilled zucchini, fried chicken marinated in buttermilk for tenderness enhances the beer. For the main course, a self-style tortilla featuring 6 types of ingredients and sauces, such as "pulled pork" simmered in orange juice and "garlic shrimp," will be available. Enjoy a pleasant evening with your own customized arrangements.

Drinks are offered in a 90-minute free-flow (all-you-can-drink) style. Hiromi Nishi, Hyssop Head Chef

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture. After serving as a chef and product development manager at farm-to-table cafes and vegetarian restaurants in Tokyo, she moved to Kyoto four years ago. She was appointed Hyssop's chef in April 2023. She excels at dishes using vegetables and herbs, possesses deep knowledge of Chinese tea and medicinal cuisine, and these characteristics are strongly reflected in her menu.
