Hirose Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Niigata Prefecture, Representative: Yuichi Hirose) will open the accommodation facility "TOVILLA STAY Niigata Honcho" in Honcho-dori, Chuo-ku, Niigata City (Furumachi area) on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

This facility reinterprets the culture of "hatago" (traditional inns) that once existed in large numbers in the port town of Furumachi, creating a new stay value of "staying in Furumachi." While serving as a base that blends into the daily life of the town, it offers a new style of accommodation experience through completely unmanned operation.

Prior to the grand opening on Saturday, May 30, 2026, operations will begin as a pre-opening period from Saturday, April 25. Thanks to popular demand, all dates available for trial stays have already been booked.

We introduce the concept of staying proposed by "TOVILLA STAY Niigata Honcho."

The name "TOVILLA" (to the villa) is read as "TOBIRA" (door), embodying the desire for the villa's door to be an entrance to new encounters with the town and people, and for the moments of stay to connect and expand.

1. A new choice: Staying in the town

Instead of just visiting tourist spots, immerse yourself in the daily life of the town and stay there.

"TOVILLA STAY Niigata Honcho" is located in the bustling center of Honcho's arcade and Jinjo Yokocho, yet once you step inside, a quiet and private space unfolds. From "visiting" to "staying." We designed the relationship with this town itself as an accommodation experience.

2. The form of stay changes depending on "who you come with"

"TOVILLA STAY Niigata Honcho" is not just an accommodation facility; it's a place to design how you spend your time.

3. A new accommodation style: "Completely unmanned operation"

This facility is an accommodation facility with completely unmanned operation, where check-in to stay is completed digitally.

While being non-face-to-face, it realizes a new era of accommodation by giving value to the space and experience itself.

Despite being in the bustling shopping street, once you step inside, a new building with quietness and sophistication coexisting unfolds. It consists of a total of 4 two-story wooden villas, and all rooms have a two-floor configuration and a simple kitchen.
