At this booth, we will introduce methods for visualizing factors hindering lead generation and designing improvement roadmaps, following the four steps below.

STEP1: Diagnose the current situation

Organize the activity status of sales, marketing, and customer success, and visualize the results of measures, inter-departmental bottlenecks, and the current status of data and AI utilization. Prioritize improvements through interview diagnosis and DMBOK-compliant data management diagnosis.

STEP2: Determine the winning strategy

We will integrate and visualize marketing measures, sales activities, and purchasing group analysis, and support the establishment of operations that lead to maximizing ROI and improving measures.
