The "IPO Challenge Academy" is a program that has been offered since 2009 by the Fukuoka Stock Exchange for companies that have joined the "Kyushu IPO Challenge Team" (a support program for companies aiming for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) within five years). It provides basic knowledge related to IPO preparation. The program consists of 8 sessions per year, and this time it was held as an open seminar accessible to non-members.

In this seminar, Representative Ito gave a lecture titled "The Path to Q-Board Listing and Future Prospects." He spoke about the preparation process leading up to Papanets' listing on the Fukuoka Stock Exchange's Q-Board in March 2025, its management strategy as a listed company, and the significance of IPOs for regional companies, based on the company's own experiences.
