As Japan's declining birthrate and aging population progress, the proportion of middle-aged and senior individuals in the labor force is steadily increasing. Career autonomy is increasingly sought after among this demographic. The Career Development and Reskilling Promotion Project will implement the 'Ikiki Career Plan Juku' for middle-aged and senior individuals in all 47 prefectures nationwide. While fostering experience exchange through discussions among participants, the program supports the creation of career plans for a vibrant second career. It can serve as an opportunity to discover new possibilities for yourself.
