Thank you always for your passionate support of the Shimane Susanoo Magic.

After repeated discussions with Seima Yokochi, we have decided not to sign a player contract for the 2026-27 season, and while respecting his intentions, we will continue to support his return.

Per B.LEAGUE regulations, Yokochi will be placed on the free agent list as of June 8, 2026 (Monday) 3:00 PM.

The club will continue to communicate with Yokochi and fully support his return.

We have decided to conclude the contract with Yokochi and place him on the free agent list.

However, our policy of fully supporting Yokochi's return from injury remains unchanged.

He is recovering well from his injury and continues his rehabilitation during the offseason.

Nevertheless, considering his future career, it is important to proceed carefully without rushing his return.

We plan to communicate closely with him regarding his post-return situation.

This decision was made considering various factors, including regulatory changes in the upcoming B Premier starting next season, as the club proceeds with roster and contract planning under various scenarios. Above all, I am very much looking forward to seeing Yokochi return to the court in perfect condition and show his aggressive and powerful play.
