"Maintenance & Resilience 2026" is the only specialized exhibition in Japan for factory equipment maintenance and preservation technologies. At the "52nd Plant Maintenance Show" within "Maintenance & Resilience 2026," where Valqua will exhibit this time, solutions will be presented addressing challenges faced by the plant maintenance industry such as labor shortages and skill transfer, as well as smart safety utilizing advanced technologies like IoT and AI, and improvements in worker safety, security, and work quality through tool utilization.

This time, we will exhibit "FlangeKarte," a digital product themed "Seal Engineering," "VALQUA SPM," and bolt fastening tools, as well as essential tools for various flange work.

"TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026" Exhibition Overview

"TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026" is a comprehensive exhibition of production technologies that fuse manufacturing DX and craftsmanship. The "Connected Factory Promotion Exhibition" at which Valqua will exhibit this time is an exhibition focused on manufacturing IoT and collaboration support tools that realize DX in the manufacturing industry.

At our booth, we will introduce products that support DX to solve challenges in the manufacturing industry's maintenance and preservation domain, such as labor shortages and aging equipment. The centerpiece will be "MONiPLAT." In addition, we will also present "ZeroVisit," which automatically acquires sensor data from remote locations and transcribes it into inspection reports and graphs, and "VALVESTA," for industrial machinery, which visualizes signs of gasket deterioration and proposes optimal replacement times.
