Binawu Inc. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hideo Miura), operator of the apparel industry online exhibition system 'FORSEE EXHIBITION (Forsee Exhibition)', will release five new features on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, designed to streamline business operations for brand management.

This update leverages order data from exhibitions to centralize the creation of price tag labels, data integration with accounting software, and product data export for e-commerce sites. By doing so, it reduces the double and triple data entry burdens faced by many brands and provides a one-stop environment for managing operations from exhibition management to shipping, accounting, and e-commerce sales.

Background of the Product Update: The Barrier of Analog Work Before and After Exhibitions

Since its service launch in 2019, FORSEE has continuously developed features tailored to the workflows of individual brands, supporting exhibition operations and order management for over 250 apparel brands. Through this experience, a common challenge across brands of all sizes and genres has become evident: from pre-exhibition preparation to post-exhibition shipping, accounting, and e-commerce operations, many tasks still rely on manual work or input across multiple systems, placing a significant burden on brand managers.

Before exhibitions, considerable time is spent creating and adjusting product catalogs (line sheets) for buyers. After exhibitions, the same information must be repeatedly entered into multiple systems—for example, inputting order data into accounting software, creating invoices, generating price tags from product information, and registering products on e-commerce sites.

These repetitive data entry tasks before and after exhibitions have been a major factor in reducing the time brand managers can dedicate to creative tasks such as product planning and sales channel development.

Five New Features to Streamline Brand Operations

To address this, FORSEE has developed five new features that go beyond exhibition and order management, seamlessly connecting back-office tasks with a single click.

① Customizable Buyer Product Catalogs

[Previous Challenges]

Creating buyer product catalogs (line sheets) using Excel or design software required significant time and effort for layout adjustments and data entry.

[Update Details]

Using product information registered in FORSEE, users can easily create customized proposal materials by simply selecting which items to display on the line sheet. Additionally, brand logos and the number of products displayed per page can be freely adjusted.

② Bulk Output of 'Price Tag Labels'

[Previous Challenges]

Creating price tag labels required manually entering product information such as prices into Excel while confirming order quantities, which was time-consuming.

[Update Details]

Price tag labels can now be exported in bulk as PDFs without layout work. Furthermore, CSV data suitable for external printing vendors can also be exported, significantly reducing preparation time before shipping.

③ Bulk Output of Product-Level Delivery Notes

[Previous Challenges]

Delivery notes were issued per client, making sorting and verification time-consuming when shipping the same product to multiple clients.

[Update Details]

Delivery information is organized by product from order data, and delivery notes can be exported in bulk as PDFs. This improves shipping efficiency and reduces human errors in destination verification.

④ One-Click Accounting Software Integration

[Previous Challenges]

At the time of shipment, order data had to be re-entered into accounting software to generate delivery notes and invoices, creating double-entry workload and risks of input errors.

[Update Details]

Integration with major cloud accounting services is now supported. By using order data from FORSEE, delivery notes and invoices can be created directly, improving accounting efficiency and preventing input errors.

⑤ E-commerce Site Product Data Integration

[Previous Challenges]

When selling new products announced at exhibitions on e-commerce sites, product information and prices had to be re-entered, resulting in redundant data entry.

[Update Details]

Product information registered in FORSEE can be converted and exported into data formats compatible with major e-commerce platforms, significantly streamlining product registration on e-commerce sites.
