Bikers Paradise Minami Hakone will hold a special exhibition titled "To this space where you fall in love with bikes" to commemorate its 7th anniversary.
This project focuses on the "origins of what drew people to bikes" for many current riders, providing a space where they can re-experience that excitement through exhibitions that fuse real vehicles with culture such as manga, movies, and photography.
Furthermore, it also aims to create new "triggers" for future riders to start riding motorcycles.
Bikers Paradise 7th Anniversary Exhibition Part 1
The first store opened in Minami Hakone in August 2019.
As it greets its 7th anniversary this year, the first phase is an exhibition fusing manga, movies, photography, and motorcycles.
In July and August, Custom World Japan 2026 is scheduled to be held as the second phase.
■ Exhibition Structure (5 Zones in Total)
This exhibition consists of five theme zones, each expressing the appeal of motorcycle culture from a different perspective.
■ Baribari Densetsu Zone
As a joint project between Bike O & Company and hardware/software venture PROTOTYPE Inc., we will implement "Baribari Densetsu VR RIDE," an experiential exhibition that recreates the world of the popular manga "Baribari Densetsu."
Visitors can actually straddle the protagonist's beloved "CB750F," meticulously recreated as if it jumped out of the story, and enjoy an immersive experience as if they have entered the work itself. This is achieved by linking the real-vehicle sensing VR simulator "2X Freedom" developed by Prototype Inc. with a motorcycle racing game (RIDE5).
Additionally, a campaign will be held where those who post their experience on SNS can win collaboration merchandise.
Furthermore, the NS400R that appears in the story and collaboration helmets previously sold by SHOEI will also be displayed as items coloring this exhibition.
