Open Co., Ltd. views recruitment not as 'HR work' but as business growth itself and is restructuring its recruitment system. Previously, effect measurement for each measure was insufficient, but with the introduction of 'Recboo,' they implemented standardization of interview evaluation criteria, visualization of KPIs, and redesign of agent operations. As a result, the number of monthly applications more than doubled to 300-400 in six months, leading to the hiring of 12 people, mainly engineers.
