Hotel New Otani Hakata (1-1-2 Watanabe-dori, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka-shi; General Manager Masaaki Yamazaki) will hold its annually popular "Bread Buffet" for one day only on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

This event features over 30 kinds of bread made by our boulangers, along with a wide array of food items that perfectly complement the bread. We offer a special time for bread lovers to enjoy various combinations freely.

At the live kitchen, chefs will sandwich ingredients into special breads prepared by our boulangers right in front of you. You can savor the deliciousness unique to freshly made items, enjoying the immersive experience of each item being carefully finished.

The "Petit Pan Bar" offers 12 varieties of super mini-sized, fluffy raw bread. Additionally, rusks, quiches, and savory pies are available, allowing you to enjoy a diverse range of flavors in small portions.
