Nanoconnect Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture; Representative Director: Takashi Kijima; hereinafter "the Company"), which develops and provides DX promotion services utilizing hospitality AI agent "LinKa" and gamification, announces that it will change its company name to "Nanoconne, Inc." (English notation: nanoconne, Inc.) on May 1, 2026.

Since its establishment in 2006, the Company has upheld the mission of "Delivering surprises to you." Starting with mobile app development, in recent years, we have expanded our unique solutions that fuse AI and gamification, such as the hospitality AI agent "LinKa" and the software package "Skywalker" that can create smartphone apps and web systems.

This time, while maintaining the trust we have built since our founding, we have decided to change our official company name to "Nanoconne, Inc." to clearly demonstrate our stance of continuously adapting to change with greater speed and to enhance affinity with our product brands.

Taking this opportunity of the name change, all employees will continue to leverage the power of gamification and AI more than ever to provide technology that promotes the maximization of productivity.
