Dotline Sports Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Representative Director: Yusaku Kakimoto, hereinafter "the Company"), which operates the professional volleyball team "Chiba DOT," is holding a public recruitment for an official mascot character.

This project aims to create an official character that will become the new symbol of "Chiba DOT." The adopted design will be utilized in various promotions, primarily for team public relations and merchandise.

Anyone can apply. The selected applicant will receive prize money of 300,000 yen and be invited to all home games of the 2026-27 season.

Chiba DOT advocates for a "Dream Community," aiming to create a regional community where everyone can have dreams through volleyball and to become a team loved by fans and the local community.

We are looking for a mascot character that embodies dreams and challenges, and is loved by everyone from children to adults!

Eligibility■

- Professional or amateur status is not a factor. Experience, awards, etc., are also not considered.

- There are no age or residency restrictions.

- Joint submissions with family or friends are permitted.

Application Conditions■

- Submitted works must be unpublished and original works created by the applicant specifically for this project. Works created in whole or in part using generative AI or similar technologies cannot be submitted.

- The results will be announced on the official Chiba DOT website, various social media platforms, and the Chiba DOT Magazine.

- Only the applicant whose work is selected will be notified of the selection results. No notification will be sent for unsuccessful applications.

- If a work is selected, the adopted work and the applicant's name (or pen name) may be publicly announced on the official website and various social media platforms.

- Inquiries regarding the selection process cannot be answered.

- The copyright and all other rights to the winning work shall belong to Chiba DOT.

- Consultation and adjustments may be made after selection regarding the character's design, name, etc.
