Toraji Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Nobuhiko Kin) is proud to announce the opening of 'Yakiniku Ushijirushi,' a full-service yakiniku restaurant where 'grill masters' cook each cut of beef to perfection in front of guests. The Ginza 6-chome branch (Kanematsu Building) is now open, followed by the Nishi-Azabu branch on April 27 (Monday).

Based on the concept 'Today, meat to your heart's content,' Ushijirushi aims to provide delicious meat until you are fully satisfied. From appetizers to the final course, every dish is dedicated to meat. Various cuts of meat, carefully selected by Ushijirushi's experts from specific regions and producers, are grilled right before your eyes by dedicated masters.

### Full-Attend System: Professionals Grill Everything
To ensure guests can fully enjoy their yakiniku experience, all courses adopt a 'full-attend system,' providing the best grilling for each specific cut. Professional skills of the trained grill masters and the highest quality ingredients ensure a special time for guests.

### Carefully Selected Ingredients
Ushijirushi sources ingredients by visiting ranches and farms personally. The primary beef used is Masuda Wagyu, specifically heifers aged 36 months. With a low melting point, even highly marbled meat can be enjoyed refreshingly. Seasonal grilled vegetables are also cooked with the meat to absorb its rich flavors.
