Taiwan Cultural Festival 2026 Pre-Festival Special Event Announced

The Taiwan Cultural Festival Executive Committee (organized by Tomotomo Co., Ltd.) has announced the special event 'Taiwan Cultural Festival 2026 Pre-Festival SP,' to be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, as part of the 'Taiwan Cultural Festival 2026' taking place from June 26 to 28, 2026.

The event will feature the acclaimed Taiwanese rap duo Raoshe Bili Shuangrenzu (Love / Akami & Peace / Baobaoxiong), who are gaining attention in the Taiwanese hip-hop scene. Additionally, artist Wang Shuiyuan will perform, offering an immersive experience of Taiwan's latest music culture.

DJ music will be handled by Wado Kaishin, a cultural community composed of Taiwanese and Japanese members, creating a space for exchange through Taiwanese music and Asian culture.

The Taiwan Cultural Festival Executive Committee will host the 'Taiwan Cultural Festival 2026 Pre-Festival SP' on Friday, June 26, 2026.

The event will feature Raoshe Bili Shuangrenzu (Love / Akami & Peace / Baobaoxiong), the winning duo from 'The Rap of China 2.' As rising stars representing the new generation of Taiwan's hip-hop scene, they will deliver a special stage performance.

Taiwanese artist Wang Shuiyuan will also perform. He began his career through the rap battle show 'Team Battle,' establishing a unique musical identity by blending Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien in his raps with melodic sounds. He has gained recognition through appearances on 'The Rap of China 2' and by running his own label, actively contributing to Taiwan's music scene.

Additionally, the cultural community Wado Kaishin, made up of Taiwanese and Japanese members, will handle the DJ music. They organize DJ events and cultural exchange initiatives primarily in Tokyo, fostering a space for Japan-Taiwan cultural exchange through music.

This event is a special program on the opening day of 'Taiwan Cultural Festival 2026,' offering a limited-time opportunity to experience Taiwan's vibrant music culture up close.
