Two Virgins Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will release the 7th installment of its translated picture book series, 'Go, Sea Turtle,' on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

The translation of this book was handled by actor Hio Miyazawa. This is Miyazawa's second translated picture book, following 'The Greedy Whale.'

A bestselling picture book series with over 6 million copies sold worldwide and translated into 43 languages!

This work is the 7th installment in an animal picture book series by popular British author Rachel Bright and illustrator Jim Field, who has worked on numerous bestsellers.

Previously, it has garnered attention through translations by top runners in various fields, such as actor Sakura Ando, comedian Takashi Fujii, and former Japan national football team player Atsuto Uchida.

The translation of this book was handled by actor Hio Miyazawa, who has appeared in one hit work after another in dramas, films, and stage productions, including the NHK Taiga Drama 'Berabou: Tsutaju Eiga no Yume Banashi.' This is Miyazawa's second translated picture book, following 'The Greedy Whale,' another title in the animal picture book series.

Synopsis

Under the moonlight on a midnight beach, many creatures watch over the birth of baby sea turtles.

Tula, the first to be born, races towards the sea with her younger brother Tiny! However, she soon realizes that Tiny is nowhere to be seen. The beach is full of dangers. They must reach the goal before dawn.
