Digital Gorilla Inc. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Representative Director: Shuhei Kikuchi) officially launched its corporate AI learning platform "Digi-Gori AI Learning" on July 1, 2026 (Wed.). Notably, approximately 180 learning materials were created by "on-site stakeholders" who have supported AI adoption at about 100 companies nationwide. As an AI utilization support company originating from Sendai, we consolidate the knowledge gained from the field into a single learning service, supporting employees until they can use AI in their work.
"Training was provided, but it's not used on-site" – The Reason AI Adoption Stalls in the Field
While the number of companies adopting AI is increasing, there are many voices saying, "I received training, but it's not being used on-site." Through supporting AI adoption at about 100 companies nationwide, we have repeatedly observed that simply introducing tools does not lead to AI becoming established within a company. The key to establishment lies in an environment where each employee can proactively learn and continue to use AI.
"On-site Stakeholders" in AI Adoption Support Create Approx. 180 AI Courses
The biggest feature of this service lies in the "creators" of the learning materials. While general learning services have experts design courses, Digi-Gori AI Learning's materials are created by members on the front lines, such as sales representatives, CS consultants, and instructors who support AI adoption at companies. Members supporting AI adoption at companies design the materials based on questions and points of confusion they repeatedly hear from the field.
Members with a track record in the AI industry are at the center of production.
Director Yushi Chiba has conducted over 100 AI training sessions and lectures, and organized the "Tohoku AI Ishin Conference 2026" with 500 participants. He has also lectured in courses at Miyagi Prefecture, Miyagi University, and Yamagata University.
CAIO (Chief AI Officer) Tomoya Yasunaga has provided generative AI courses to over 10,000 people and Claude Code training and guidance to over 1,000 people. He has also been appointed as an official ambassador "Claude Community Ambassador (Tohoku Region)" certified by Anthropic, the developer of Claude.
Based on this field experience, as well as knowledge gained from collaborating with local governments and universities to promote AI utilization, our company has moved forward with developing learning materials.
Learning Environment Where Employees Can Continue Learning Through Videos, Live Training, and Community
Digi-Gori AI Learning has created an environment where employees can learn from themes close to their own work, try them out immediately, and ask questions on the spot if they get stuck. They can test what they've learned in their daily work and proceed to establishment. Based on video materials of about 10 minutes each and a Q&A board where questions can be posted at any time, managers can monitor the learning status of each department via a dedicated dashboard and expand AI utilization within the company.
In addition, representatives and participants from contracting companies can join a Slack community to share success and failure stories beyond company boundaries. Features available depending on the plan, such as live training twice a month and utilization support for managers, can be found in the plan-specific features below.
<Required Lessons List> Covers the minimum necessary content for using AI safely.
<Content Viewing Screen> Each content piece is about 10 minutes long. Content includes chapters, allowing for comfortable and efficient learning even in short bursts of time.
<My Dashboard> You can check your lesson progress and announcements from the administration. You can also resume watching videos from where you left off.

From Practical Use of Claude Code and AI Agents to Performance Evaluation in the AI Era
Among the approximately 180 learning materials, we have particular strengths in two areas.
The first is the practical application of AI agents. Beyond just writing prompts, you can learn to master AI agents such as Claude Code (AI assistants that autonomously perform multiple tasks based on instructions) and delve into rethinking how work itself is done.
The second is a performance evaluation curriculum for management. Evaluating personnel who can effectively use AI and integrating them into HR systems are challenges many companies will face going forward. This service includes courses for management to learn the concepts of evaluation systems. The curriculum was created based on knowledge gained from supporting AI adoption at about 100 companies nationwide.

Management Comments
Representative Director, Shuhei Kikuchi
As we engage with companies across the country, the gap between companies that are successfully integrating AI into their actual operations and those that have introduced it but cannot utilize it is increasingly becoming a difference in the strength of the regions themselves. This feeling has grown stronger year by year.
That is precisely why we are moving from Sendai. We aim to create a state where companies in Tohoku and across the country, regardless of size or industry, can use AI. This is the first step towards our mission of "Creating a society where Japanese people can work with enthusiasm." We will make Digi-Gori AI Learning the starting point for that.
Director, Yushi Chiba
Generative AI is not something that changes a company simply by introducing it. I believe it is important for management, managers, and each employee to understand how they can use AI in their own work, try it out on a small scale, and connect it to improvements in on-site operations.
Through many conversations with executives and field personnel, I have heard many voices saying, "I don't know where to start" or "Even after training, I can't apply it to practical work."
Therefore, Digi-Gori AI Learning provides an environment where employees can learn AI as a common language and apply it to their actual work, rather than just offering video materials or one-off training.
