From Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Monday, August 3, the 'Summer! The Sea! Mochinyan Summer Festival' will be held at the 2nd-floor event space of Seibu Shibuya Store's Building A, where new sweets 'Mochibero' and 'Mochisurf'—co-developed by the character Mochinyan and SUN Shonan Gift from Shonan-Kugenuma—will make their debut.

These highly anticipated products were created with the goal of becoming the go-to souvenir that visitors to Shonan will remember as 'the one to get from Fujisawa.'

Mochinyan, deeply connected to Fujisawa, has teamed up with a local company to challenge the creation of a new confectionery that embodies the spirit of Shonan.

The result is 'Mochisurf,' offering the rich, savory depth of Edam cheese, and 'Mochibero,' combining Edam cheese with strawberry and raspberry.

Their unique shape, reminiscent of surfboards and cat tongues, inspired their names. Beyond their adorable appearance, they were developed with the goal of creating a flavor so delicious you'll want to eat them again and again.
