Team Barista Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture; President: Tetsuya Hashimoto), which operates brands such as “Barilon: When You Think Gyoza” and “Bariton: Pizza & Lamb,” will open its “Barilon” gyoza restaurant on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the commercial facility “GEMS Kayabachō” in Kayabachō, Tokyo. This marks the first street-side store in Tokyo for the brand.
To commemorate the opening, a special campaign will be held from July 6 (Mon) to July 8 (Wed), offering unlimited servings of “grilled gyoza,” “draft beer,” and “highballs” for just ¥190 (excluding tax) per item, available only from 15:00 onwards.

Unlike traditional gyoza restaurants where customers eat and leave quickly, this is a “stay-and-enjoy” concept where gyoza takes center stage alongside drinks, small plates, ambiance, and hospitality.
Leveraging Kayabachō’s status as a business district, the restaurant targets diverse occasions—from lunchtime meals to after-work drinks and gatherings with friends—offering a new kind of gyoza izakaya.
The signature “Grilled Gyoza” stands out by using 1cm-cubed diced pork instead of ground meat. Encased in a thin 1mm wrapper, each bite releases rich meat juices, delivering a steak-like juiciness. The texture unfolds instantly upon entering the mouth, creating a burst of savory flavor.
