This function utilizes information acquired through identity verification (eKYC) to create and output "identity verification records" required by the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds (hereinafter, the Anti-Money Laundering Act).

■Development Background
In many workplaces, personnel manually input names, addresses, dates of birth, and other information obtained from eKYC into separate forms to create records. This process not only requires a significant administrative workload but also carries compliance risks due to human error.
Our company developed this function to eliminate such "administrative burden after identity verification" and to securely complete a series of operations digitally.

This function automatically outputs identity verification information obtained via eKYC into the format of an "identity verification record."

1. Automatic reflection of basic information
Data such as names, addresses, and dates of birth obtained from eKYC are automatically applied to the identity verification record.

2. Supplementary information completed on the management screen
Information essential outside of eKYC, such as "purpose of transaction" and "applicant's occupation," can be easily entered on our provided management screen.

3. Generate identity verification records with one click
Once all information is confirmed, an identity verification record (PDF file) compliant with legal format is immediately generated.

4. Seamless integration with existing systems (API integration)
The generated identity verification records can be automatically linked to systems via our provided API.

Furthermore, in addition to creating identity verification records, our company offers a "7-year long-term storage function (※1)" compliant with the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds.
