The menu will be available from Wednesday, May 20, to Monday, October 12, 2026, at the Naka-Meguro, Sapporo Station, and Sapporo Susukino locations. For dinner, the restaurant will offer an all-you-can-eat course featuring Chi-pao Malatang's medicinal mala hot pot, served in Shabu Shabu Letus's signature individual-pot style. Popular Chi-pao Malatang items like "Bunmoja" (chewy potato noodles) and "Fish Roe Dumplings" will be available in unlimited quantities. The soup, like at Chi-pao Malatang, is prepared in-store to draw out the vibrant aroma and umami of the spices, creating a deep and rich flavor. For lunch, a mala shabu-shabu option will be available, based on the medicinal soup also served at Chi-pao Malatang.
