Taskul Plus Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director: Tomohiro Watanabe; Nagano Office: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture), which has been entrusted with the operation of the "Mid-to-Senior Age Active Support Project for Reiwa 10 (2028)" commissioned by the Nagano Labor Bureau, will hold "Employment Promotion Seminars" for company HR managers and "Re-employment Support Seminars" for mid-to-senior age job seekers at 12 venues under the jurisdiction of Hello Work offices in Nagano Prefecture and online from July 2026 to January 2027.

Against the backdrop of a deepening labor shortage, the active participation of experienced "mid-to-senior age individuals (approximately 35-59 years old)" is now strongly needed. This project will not only support companies' recruitment and retention know-how but also, starting this fiscal year, simultaneously roll out direct support seminars for job seekers, powerfully promoting the "resolution of employment mismatches" and the "revitalization of the regional economy" in Nagano Prefecture.

Format: In-person sessions at 12 venues in the prefecture + online sessions on separate dates

Content: A practical seminar to organize and verbalize one's past experiences (career) and transform them into "strengths" that are valued by companies.

Schedule (July 2026 - January 2027)

Will be held sequentially in all 12 areas under the jurisdiction of Hello Work offices in Nagano Prefecture (Suzaka, Kisofukushima, Omachi, Iida, Saku, Suwa, Shinonoi, Iiyama, Ueda, Ina, Nagano, Matsumoto).
