Takakatsu no Ie Furukawa Store, operated by Takakatsu Homes Co., Ltd. Takakatsu no Ie Company (President: Masaharu Watanabe), a housing brand of Takakatsu Group (Headquarters: Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture), will simultaneously open a single-story and a two-story model house on Saturday, May 16th.

These new model houses are being opened as "experiential model houses" where visitors can actually experience "high-performance housing" and "the comfort unique to wooden houses," which Takakatsu no Ie values.

At the same time, the Furukawa store showroom has also been renovated, and an earthquake simulation device has been introduced. It has been reborn as a hub where visitors can more easily experience the performance and safety of homes.

■Single-story model house: "Experience building" where you can experience while comparing performance

The single-story model house will be open as an "experience building" where visitors can actually compare and experience elements that influence home comfort, such as insulation, ventilation, heating/cooling, and window performance. The layout, which makes it easy to imagine the single-story living that has become popular in recent years, is also a highlight.

The two-story model house "W.ell PREMIUM" is an IoT house equipped with crime prevention and monitoring functions, in addition to high airtightness, high insulation, and seismic control structure. It incorporates various ideas that cater to daily life, such as an efficient housework flow and a layout where daily life can be completed on the first floor.
