TV Anime "The Black Cat and the Witch's Classroom" Opening Theme Song ASCA's New Song "Cusp" MV & Anime Jacket Revealed!

ASCA, an artist belonging to SACRA MUSIC, has released the Music Video for her new song "Cusp," the opening theme song for the TV anime "The Black Cat and the Witch's Classroom," which started broadcasting from 23:30 on Sunday, April 12th. The theme of this MV is "journey." Within a world inspired by the anime's keywords of plants and stars, ASCA sings powerfully, conveying various emotions such as anticipation and hesitation for the journey ahead, creating a work filled with powerful energy that encourages viewers. Simultaneously, the CD jacket and full contents of the limited production edition (anime edition) have also been unveiled. The limited production edition features a fantastical illustration of Spica, the anime's protagonist, walking through a grassland under a starry sky, a world that resonates with the MV's theme of "journey." Additionally, the coupling song "Pacira" is a ballad for which ASCA herself wrote the lyrics. "Cusp" is currently available for digital pre-release on various music distribution sites. The CD single, to be released on Wednesday, May 27th, will include an ASCA autographed mini poster (B3 size) as a first-come, first-served pre-order bonus.
