Release Decided for the Music Video of ReoNa's Latest Song 'Yuiyui no Uta'

It has been announced that the Music Video for the new song "Yuiyui no Uta" by ReoNa, an artist from Amami Oshima, will premiere on YouTube at 8:00 PM on Monday, April 20, 2026.

"Yuiyui no Uta" was performed for the first time on March 7 at ReoNa's first triumphant free live concert 'ReoNa Free Live 2026 in Amami Oshima "Shimayui Amami"' held in her hometown of Amami Oshima, and was released digitally on the same day. The song conveys the "Spirit of Yui"—people supporting each other to live—passed down in ReoNa's birthplace, Amami Oshima. The lyrics feature phrases in the Amami dialect such as "Yori-Yori" and "Toutoganashi". It is a song where ReoNa, who has historically sung about anime and despair, embraces her hometown of Amami.

For the recording, Amami Oshima native artist Minami Kizuki participated by playing the Amami shamisen and chijin. By incorporating traditional instruments, the song expresses a worldview rooted in Amami through its sound.

Additionally, the concert attracted about 1,000 attendees from both inside and outside the island, and recorded approximately 10,000 concurrent viewers on the YouTube LIVE stream. It became a huge topic, being covered by media in Amami Oshima and the wider Kagoshima area.
