'PSO2 New Genesis ver.2' Limited-Time Quest 'Wasshoi★Summer Night!' Added!

SEGA Corporation announced that an update, including the addition of the new limited-time quest "Wasshoi★Summer Night!", was implemented on July 1, 2026, for their popular service "PSO2 New Genesis ver.2" (hereinafter referred to as NGS ver.2).

Limited-Time Quest Added

Distribution Period: July 1, 2026, after maintenance ends – July 15, 2026, before maintenance begins

The new limited-time quest "Wasshoi★Summer Night!" is now available. This quest, set near the Sagarn Mountain Path with a festival theme, can be joined by up to 8 players.

The new character "Miss Wasshoi" will guide you through this quest. As you progress, decorations will be added, preparing for the festival. At the end of the quest, stalls and a yagura (tower) will be set up, and fireworks will be launched to complete the festival preparations. Please enjoy your summer night by taking screenshots after clearing the quest.

Along with the addition of the new quest, title tasks and limited-time tasks have also been added. Complete these tasks to earn titles, the accessory "Multi Dagger Stabilizer," the eye "Dark Edge Eye/C," as well as the base wears "Cavalneiro V2[Ba]" and "Cavalneiro V2/B[Ba]."

New Equipment Added

The rarity ★14 armor "Evalt Armor" can now be upgraded to new rarity ★15 armor.

This time, two types will be available: "Savelt Armor," which increases HP and PP compared to the pre-upgrade version, and "Savelt Armor: Rise," which significantly increases HP at the cost of reduced PP. Both will have added damage resistance, allowing for greater reduction of damage from enemies.

The item required for the upgrade, "Evalt Vance," can be obtained in the limited-time quest "Wasshoi★Summer Night!" and in future content.

Costume GET Campaign

This month, we will be holding a Costume GET Campaign throughout the month. Clear limited-time quests and complete tasks to obtain items such as costumes and accessories.

Revival Scratch "5th Anniversary Sankful Jul"

A special revival scratch to commemorate the 5th anniversary of "NGS" is now available. A "Ticket Version" that can be drawn for free by collecting tickets in-game will also be available, so play the game to get items.

This sixth installment features AC Scratch items primarily from "December 2022" up to "the first half of March 2023," when giant enemies like "Dark Falz Aegis" and "Wawlong Geo" appeared.

Sankful for the 5th anniversary is scheduled to be held every month throughout the 5th anniversary period. The lineup will change each time, so be sure to check it out.
