Born in Okayama Prefecture in 1986. Parallel to fashion and advertising, he is also actively engaged in creating artworks utilizing technology.
For this project, he produced collaborative works using glitch embroidery, which is also his representative work. This is a technique of rewriting the binary (information converted into base-2) of embroidery data for computerized sewing machines to directly cause a glitch in the movement of the needle. A glitch refers to the corruption of data or equipment itself, or a state of corrupted but playable data. By intentionally outputting corrupted data, familiar images and logos cause a bug in the viewer's recognition.
