Sega to Add MLS, Japan National Team, and FC Bayern Munich to 'Sakatsuku 2026' in June Ver.2.0 Update

Sega Corporation has revealed new information regarding its future services for the game 'Pro Soccer Club wo Tsukurou! 2026' (hereafter 'Sakatsuku 2026'), available on PlayStation®5/PlayStation®4/iOS/Android/PC (Steam, Google Play Games on PC), during the official program "Sakatsuku TV Halftime SP '26 Spring" broadcast on Friday, May 15, 2026. We have newly acquired official licenses for "Major League Soccer (MLS)," consisting of 30 clubs from the US and Canada, the "Japan National Football Team," and the prestigious Bundesliga club "FC Bayern Munich." These licenses will be reflected in the "Sakatsuku Mode" with the Ver.2.0 update in June. Scouting events using each of these licenses are currently in the planning stage. Additionally, after the "ver.2.0 update," the key visual will be replaced with "MLS" and the "Japan National Football Team." Furthermore, we have also acquired the official licenses for Thai League 1's "BG Pathum United FC," where Chanathip Songkrasin, who also played in Japan, is a member, and for the Korean K League 2. These will be implemented at a later date, so please look forward to them. ■ "Roster Update" Implementation! With the "Roster Update" in the Ver.2.0 update, the league, club, and player data in "Sakatsuku Mode" will be replaced with data from the new season. This "Roster Update" will primarily reflect the latest status of the J.League and K League. Although the club's status before the update will be carried over, play will restart from the beginning of the season, even if it is mid-season. Previously acquired SP players will remain usable. Details will be announced at a later date. ■ "Sakatsuku Mode" Updated! Along with the "Roster Update," "Sakatsuku Mode" will be reborn. From the Ver.2.0 update, we plan to add "save slot expansion," "a new speed mode for match progression," "new drama events," and "unique comments for players" to "Sakatsuku Mode."
