■ About the Event Key Visual
In the key visual of this event, the focus is on the letters "GA" that make up the SEGA logo, and five groups of artists have each created an original design. "GA" is part of the initials of "Service Games," the origin of SEGA's company name, and is an important element symbolizing the foundation of the brand. Starting from "GA," which corresponds to "Games," each artist has visually expressed the spread of diverse values and cultures possessed by SEGA through their unique interpretations. Additionally, the striking characters for "6" and "5" in the key visual were produced by participating artist Shohei Ochiai. Along with the SEGA logos designed by each artist, it makes this event memorable as an expression symbolizing the 65th anniversary.
■ Introduction of Participating Artists
Each artist will reconstruct SEGA's iconic IPs and motifs with their unique interpretation and develop them as artworks and products. By intersecting different domains such as game culture, contemporary art, and fashion, we aim to bring out new aspects and charms of the content SEGA has cultivated over many years, and aim to appeal value and expand context to a diverse range of layers beyond the traditional fan base.
