'Sonic Rumble Party' Half Anniversary Event to be Held! Design Contest Winning Skin 'Cat Tackle Shadow' Appears!

Sega Corporation announced that a 'Half Anniversary' event will be held from 17:00 today, April 22nd (Wednesday), to commemorate six months since the launch of its multiplayer party game 'Sonic Rumble Party,' available on iOS, Android, and PC (Steam/Google Play Games).

This event will feature 'Cat Tackle Shadow,' the winning entry from the skin design contest, as well as new 'Wasteland'-themed skins joining the lineup. Additionally, re-releases of Shadow's 20th-anniversary skins and more will be held sequentially starting today.

Furthermore, additional updates are planned for May 5th (Tuesday), the actual half-anniversary day. Please look forward to future developments.

■ Design Contest Winning Skin 'Cat Tackle Shadow' Appears
'Cat Tackle Shadow,' the winning entry from the user-participation project 'Skin Design Contest,' will appear in the game. This skin will be available for purchase in the Red Star Ring Shop from 17:00 on April 22nd (Wednesday) to 17:00 on May 27th (Wednesday).

■ Half Anniversary Commemorative 'Wasteland' Event Held
To commemorate the Half Anniversary, a 'Wasteland'-themed mission event will be held from 17:00 on April 22nd (Wednesday) to 17:00 on May 13th (Wednesday).

・Event Pass Rewards
With the free pass, players can obtain buddies like 'Green Hashiri Chao,' while the premium pass allows access to skins like 'Wasteland Shadow' and buddies like 'Wasteland Chao.' Limited icons and effects will also appear as mission rewards.

・Red Star Ring Shop Lineup

'Sonic Rumble Party' is a multiplayer party game where popular characters from the 'Sonic' series compete in thrilling obstacle courses and competitive arenas within a toy world created by Dr. Eggman. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Dr. Eggman, and others appear as playable characters, and players can freely customize them by collecting a variety of character skins, animations, and effects.
