On Friday, June 5, 2026, at the 'Nippon Life Interleague 2026: Yomiuri Giants vs. Chiba Lotte Marines' match scheduled at Tokyo Dome, Sonic will appear on the field before the game, and various collaboration projects will be implemented. To commemorate this collaboration, a special illustration of Sonic wearing a Giants uniform has been released. This illustration will be shown on the stadium's vision screens on the day of the match, and original merchandise sales are also planned. Furthermore, special 'Sonic the Hedgehog Collab Seat' tickets, which come with a pencil case featuring this illustration, will go on sale to the general public starting Saturday, April 18.
