This integration will enable direct reservation completion through a dedicated button on Google Maps, which is expected to differentiate practices from competitors and improve reservation completion rates (CVR).

A "Reserve" button will appear on Google Search and Google Maps business profiles. In a competitive landscape of nearby dental practices, this visual differentiation will significantly contribute to patients' intuitive selection of a practice, linking the effects of MEO (ranking high) to the "acquisition of guaranteed reservations."

Since the reservation button will be prominently displayed, patients will not need to search for a reservation page. This "shortest, most intuitive route" that allows users to proceed to the reservation page with a single click is expected to prevent drop-offs.

3. Visualization of Reservation Effects and Data Utilization

Through the Google Business Profile management screen, it will be possible to grasp and analyze the exact number of reservations made as concrete figures. This allows for the formulation of reliable practice management and public relations strategies based on objective data, rather than subjective impressions.
