Notice of Subsidiary Merger and Company Name Change

Zion Shoji Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director: Yasushi Kawabata, hereinafter "Zion Shoji") will absorb and merge with its wholly-owned subsidiary, J Plus International Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yasushi Kawabata, hereinafter "J Plus International") effective September 1, 2026, and will change its company name to "J Plus International Co., Ltd.".

The Ebisu branch in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo will continue to operate as the Tokyo base and will continue business as usual.

Purpose of this Merger and Company Name Change

On the eve of our 60th anniversary, we are refreshing our company name as a significant step towards our next growth phase.

Building on our history and achievements, we will accelerate the expansion of our business domains and our development into overseas markets. The new company name, "J Plus International," inherits the trust and value built by the former name "Zion Shoji," while also incorporating our aspiration to add new value (Plus) and achieve further growth both domestically and internationally.

We will continue to challenge ourselves to create new value and pioneer the next era, without remaining stagnant.
