The Osaka Station Hotel, Autograph Collection (Kita-ku, Osaka; General Manager: Shinji Sato) announced that it will serve new summer menu items for its 'Le Buffet Gourmand Lunch & Dinner' at the hotel's restaurant, 'THE-MOMENT GRILL&DINING', starting Monday, June 1, 2026.
Guests can enjoy over 60 diverse buffet options. In addition to chef-curated dishes that fuse French and Japanese techniques, special seasonal à la carte dishes are available via order. For dinner, a free-flow service including wine, cocktails, and sake is also available.
[Monthly Chef-Curated Choices] June: Blanquette de veau (stewed veal and seasonal vegetables), Salmon en croute (Sauce Choron). July: Farci of Kurobuta pork (Sauce Charcutière), Quenelles of sea bass and scallops (Sauce Américaine). August: Tourte of Tajima Aji-dori chicken, Pan-seared seasonal fish with fresh ginger risotto.
