Our hotel's beer garden, which is operated on a seasonal basis under consignment to Enterprise Inc. (Fukuro-machi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City), features an outstanding location unique to a hotel directly connected to the station, where guests can enjoy BBQ while gazing at shinkansen trains from the 22nd-floor rooftop. This year, the 156-day operating period will be divided into three seasons, offering different themed BBQs.
First, from May 15 (Friday), we will hold the "Asian BBQ Beer Garden," where guests can enjoy Korean dishes such as Dakgalbi and Samgyeopsal. Following this, from July 6 (Monday), the second phase will feature the "Hawaiian BBQ Beer Garden," where guests can savor hearty steak blocks and garlic shrimp. And from September 7 (Monday), the third phase will offer the "Hokkaido BBQ Beer Garden," where guests can get a head start on enjoying the bounty of the north, such as Jingisukan and seafood.
Throughout all periods, we will offer two types of dining: "BBQ Plate," where customers grill their own meat over charcoal, and "Special Plate," which features a variety of regional dishes corresponding to each theme. In addition, special themed curries will be available for all-you-can-eat, and for a perfect accompaniment to drinks or a palate cleanser, "Ebi Sen" (shrimp crackers) will be available for Asian BBQ, and "Kakigori" (shaved ice) for Hawaiian and Hokkaido BBQs, also all-you-can-eat.
