The strawberries used in this Mother's Day cake "Fleur de Mère"* are "Yotsuboshi" from Osazen Farm. "Yotsuboshi" strawberries are characterized by their rich flavor, with a four-star rating for sweetness, acidity, aroma, and deliciousness (richness). The cake is beautifully adorned with pink carnations made of white chocolate, along with the strawberries. Each cake is meticulously finished by our patissiers, making it a visually stunning and special cake perfect for Mother's Day. Furthermore, the crumble around the cake creates a delightful crispy texture, offering a new textural experience when enjoyed with the smooth fresh cream.
