'Yotsuboshi' is characterized by its rich flavor, achieving a four-star balance of sweetness, acidity, flavor, and deliciousness (richness). Along with the strawberries, the cake is gorgeously decorated with a pink carnation made of white chocolate. Because the pastry chefs carefully craft each one by hand, it looks beautiful and is a special cake fitting for Mother's Day.
