This certification is a status held by only a limited number of partners in Japan, awarded only to companies that meet multiple strict criteria set by AWS. The Company has been recognized as a leading partner in Japan, particularly for its expertise in designing and delivering learning experiences utilizing AWS Skill Builder, AWS's digital learning platform. To date, through its own brand "Tokyo IT School," the Company has provided IT human resource development services to over 1,680 IT companies. This achievement reflects the Company's track record and educational quality in developing materials by working backward from the knowledge required at the forefront of the IT industry to train inexperienced individuals into professional IT engineers, as well as its commitment to supporting organizational transformation through digital learning. AWS Training Partner Advanced Tier is a certification level awarded to companies that meet multiple criteria set by AWS among "AWS Authorized Training Partners" who can provide official AWS training.

The Company has been recognized as a leading partner in Japan, particularly for its expertise in designing and delivering learning experiences utilizing AWS Skill Builder, AWS's digital learning platform. AWS Skill Builder is a digital learning platform that allows learning anytime, anywhere, enabling continuous cloud skill acquisition across an entire organization. It achieves continuous learning penetration throughout the organization and visualization of individual learning progress through digital learning, which is difficult to achieve with instructor-led classroom training alone.

The Company's distinctive feature is that it operates both an education business and a development business. It has a system in place to reflect knowledge accumulated from its own development sites into its educational materials. This system allows the Company to provide training to companies of various industries and sizes, from IT companies to non-IT industries.

Future Initiatives

1. Evolution of Learning Experiences in the Generative AI Era Centered on AWS Skill Builder
