System Origin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture; President & CEO: Tomoyuki Unno) is launching a new service that enables the "Tele-Hi Michibiki" for its "Tele-Hi AVM" taxi dispatch system to accept dispatch requests from app order platforms, in addition to traditional phone orders. Acceptance of orders for this service will commence on May 7, 2026.
Existing customers operating the Tele-Hi AVM can also add this new installation.
Overview The rate of taxi orders via apps has been increasing year by year, making it necessary to address this trend not only in urban areas but also in rural regions. By adding "Michibiki Plus" to the existing Tele-Hi dispatch AVM system (call center system and mobile unit), it becomes possible to handle all dispatch requests from major app platforms.
Even in the event of existing system failures due to cloud or communication environment issues, dispatch requests can still be sent to "Michibiki Plus." This contributes to the formulation of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and BCM (Business Continuity Management) for dispatch operations.
Furthermore, with "Michibiki Plus," driver-oriented functions like "Drataku" (taxi control for drivers) and "Tenkoban" (remote automatic check-in system) can be operated on the same terminal, allowing it to be used as an all-in-one driver support tool. *Compatible existing mobile units: GO Co., Ltd. driver tablet / Tom Tsushin Kogyo Co., Ltd. IP wireless navigation
