About the Aichi Prefecture Sports Business Advisor
The Sports Promotion Division of the Aichi Prefecture Sports Bureau aims to solve regional issues and revitalize the region by maximizing the various effects of sports, such as attracting crowds, promoting health, and developing human resources, through co-creation with other industries. The "Aichi Prefecture Sports Business Advisor" has been established to provide necessary advice on sports business from a multifaceted perspective.
Our Company's Initiatives with Aichi Prefecture
Our company is a provider of "sports co-creation" production and consulting, which is unique in Japan. In Aichi Prefecture, starting with the acceptance of the "Regional Issue Resolution Model Project through Co-creation of Sports and Other Industries" in fiscal year 2024, we have continuously worked to promote sports innovation in Aichi Prefecture, including undertaking the sports business human resource development program "Aichi Sports Future Co-creation Lab" (Consignment of Sports Business Human Resource Development Program) and the "2026 Aichi Sports Innovation Project New Collaboration Co-creation Program Operation Business."

At the sports division of DeNA Co., Ltd., he promoted numerous projects in the strategy department, covering both software aspects like professional sports and hardware aspects like stadium development. He then moved to Future Sessions Inc. through a J.League social collaboration project, where he led sports business and co-creation projects. In 2023, he spun out the sports co-creation consulting business and established The Small Things Inc. He has been involved in experimental initiatives utilizing sports, such as attracting the "2024 UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup" to Enoshima, the first-ever Japanese hosting of the innovative sports event "Swatch Nines SNOW 2026," promoting the sports co-creation initiative "Sports Future Center," and expanding the sports director award-winning "Roasso Wellness Program" as a director of J.H. Wellness Inc.
